About Rep. BixbyI have been a resident of Dover since 1997. I began serving in the State House of Representatives in 2012, and am now in my fifth term. I represented Dover Wards 5 and 6, and Somersworth Ward 2 as a Democrat the past ten year, and am ranking member of the House Environment and Agriculture Committee. I am seeking a sixth term this fall because I want to continue to bring a sense of responsible governance to the State House. The districts have changed, and I will now be representing only Ward 6 in Dover, which is Strafford District 13.

• Protect, through New Hampshire state law, a woman's right to make her own health care choices.
• Reduce energy costs by investing in energy efficiency and generating more renewable energy to make our energy supplies more resilient. •Create more affordable housing so our businesses can attract the workforce they need to prosper. • Provide the Department of Environmental services with the resources it needs to help communities reduce the cost of handling solid waste through recycling and composting. •Fund public education at the state level to take the burden off local real estate tax payers. |
